If you are dissatisfied with our scissors for any reason, we will refund your purchase in full, let you keep the scissors, and send you a complimentary pair of Gingher 8-inch dressmakers shears to you doorstep for your trouble.

How can we offer this guarantee?

Approximately 3% of our customers express their dissatisfaction with our shears. This number is small enough for us to continue to offer the Gingher Guarantee.

Exclusions:

The Gingher Guarantee®️ covers your satisfaction with our scissors, not defects. If your Guggenhein scissors are defective in any way, we will replace them.

Please avoid using your Guggenhein scissors to cut any material other than fabric. Any other usage will damage your scissors edge.

* We must also limit only (1) pair of Gingher® scissors regardless of how many pairs of our scissors were purchased.
