If you are dissatisfied with our scissors for any reason, we will refund your purchase in full and let you keep the shears.

How can we offer this guarantee?

Approximately 3% of our customers express their dissatisfaction with our shears. This number is small enough for us to continue to offer the Guarantee.

Exclusions:

The "Keep The Shears Guarantee™" covers your satisfaction with our scissors, not defects. If your Guggenhein® scissors are defective in any way, we will replace them.

Please avoid using your Guggenhein® scissors to cut any material other than fabric. Any other usage will damage your scissors edge.
